Warranty Coverage

  1. Manufacturer's Warranty:

    • Many of our products are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.

    • If your item is covered, we will assist you in filing a claim directly with the manufacturer.

  2. Duration:

    • The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer and starts on the date of purchase.

    • For exact warranty details, please refer to the documentation provided with your item or contact us.

 


 

What is Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship as defined by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Issues that occur during normal use and meet the manufacturer’s guidelines.

 


 

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, pilling, scratches, or dents.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

  • Damage caused by improper assembly or modifications made by the customer.

  • Damages occurring during transportation or moving by the customer.

  • Items sold as-is, on clearance, or as final markdowns are not eligible for warranty coverage.

 


 

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Inspection:

    • Customers must inspect items upon delivery or pickup and report any defects or damages within 24 hours.

  2. Filing a Claim:

    • To file a warranty claim, contact us at info@tedsfurniture.com or 678-509-7515. Provide the following details:

      • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

      • A detailed description of the issue.

      • Photos of the damage or defect.

      • A photo of the item’s serial number (if applicable).

  3. Assessment:

    • Our team will assess your claim and determine if it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty.

    • If eligible, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

  4. Repair or Replacement:

    • If a defect is confirmed, the manufacturer may choose to repair the item, replace it, or provide replacement parts.

    • In some cases, repair services may be offered at no additional cost during the warranty period.

 


 

Customer Responsibility

  • Care and Maintenance:
    Customers are responsible for following the care and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

  • Transportation Costs:
    For warranty claims, customers may be responsible for transportation or shipping costs associated with repairs or replacements, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

 


 

Exclusions

  • Items damaged due to delivery issues not reported within 24 hours.

  • Items purchased as final sale, clearance, or as-is.

  • Mattresses, foundations, or bedding items unless explicitly covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

 


 

Additional Notes

  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Ted's Furniture & More does not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
