Returns & Exchange Policy

At Ted's Furniture & More, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our returns and exchange policies differ for online and in-store purchases to best accommodate our customers. Please review the policies below:

 


 

Online Purchases

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the product description does not match the item received.

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  2. Damages and Repairs:

    • Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours by contacting us at info@tedsfurniture.com or 678-509-7515.

    • If an item is damaged, we may offer to repair it, order replacement parts, or replace the item at our discretion.

  3. Return Process:

    • Contact us to initiate a return. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

    • Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.

    • Custom or special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  5. Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 


 

In-Store Purchases

  1. All Sales Are Final:

    • Purchases made in-store are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

    • Items sold off the floor, on clearance, or as final markdowns are sold as-is, with no warranty, returns, or exchanges.

  2. Damages and Repairs:

    • Customers must inspect items at the time of pickup or delivery and report any damages within 24 hours.

    • If an item is damaged, we may offer to repair it, order replacement parts, or replace the item at our discretion.

  3. Special Orders:

    • Custom or special orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been made.

 


 

Additional Notes

  • Inspection Requirement:
    All customers are required to inspect their items upon delivery or pickup. Any issues not reported within 24 hours will not be honored.

  • Repair and Replacement Parts:
    For damaged items, we may prioritize ordering replacement parts or repairing the item before offering a replacement.

  • Return Denials:
    Returns or exchanges may be denied if the conditions outlined above are not met.
